After being given up to foster care as a newborn, Tony lived in the foster care system for two years before being adopted. He then overcame poverty to be first and only person in his family to attend and graduate from college, with honors. He went on to serve as an executive and board member for several companies. He founded tmLeadership, LLC to help leaders build stronger organizations and more purposeful leadership. He and his wife have two adult children and reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
